Kelly Waltigney is a Paralegal who has been with our firm since 2001.  She is experienced in the preparation of U.S. and foreign patent applications and patent prosecution documents.  Kelly has assisted with the filing and prosecution of a multitude of foreign patent applications, and Kelly assists with management of our firm’s docketing processes.  

Kelly earned a Bachelor of Arts in Professional Writing and a minor in German from Purdue University.  She also attended the Paralegal Studies program at Inver Hills Community College.  

Kelly is fluent in German, and she served in the Intelligence division of the U.S. Army for several years.
